Welcome to the Beecher Preschool Co-op. We have been serving the children of Beecher, IL and surrounding communities as a non-profit cooperative preschool since 1984! We offer a 3 year old program, as well as a 4 year old program.
Our Mission
It is the mission of the Beecher Preschool Co-Op that children are encouraged to learn and grow by providing a foundation of developmentally appropriate experiences in a safe and nurturing environment. We believe that all children are unique, and each one has varied learning styles, interests, needs and abilities. Our goal is to provide a curriculum that promotes age-appropriate activities through meaningful play. Our child-centered program fosters social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. We recognize that parents are our children’s first teachers. We encourage parental involvement, and strongly believe that this type of partnership between the school, parents, and children will be the best foundation for our future and local community. Our Co-Op program is built upon having active members, who are willing to actively participate in fundraising, room-parent activities, field trips, and all other school based events.
