3 year old classes

Tuesday & Thursday

Morning - 8:15 to 11:15

Afternoon - 12:15 to 3:15

There are ten openings per class, with the ratio of two adults per ten children. To be accepted in the 3 or 4 year old class, the child must be of that age before September 1st of the school year. All children must be toilet trained before entering school.

11:15 / 3:15 Dismissal

Free Play: Dramatic play, creative art, ABCs, 123s, science, light table, sensory bin and manipulatives. Students can choose to work on their own, parallel play with another student and/or play with a small group.

Circle Time: Pledge of Allegiance, ABCs, letter of the week activities, weather concepts, calendar skills, mathematical skills and phonics review.

Fine Motor Skills: Activities to improve the coordination of small muscle movements such as cutting, writing, opening bottles, tying shoes, etc.

Story Time/Art: Developing reading, speaking and listening skills through story books, nursery rhymes, poems, projects, etc.

Gross Motor Skills: Activities to improve the coordination of large muscle movements such as crawling, running, jumping, throwing, hopping, climbing, etc.
